The house on the hill is the perfect relaxation getaway! Everything you need to enjoy some time away is right here. Our home has 3 bed rooms, an office space, full kitchen and laundry. You can relax inside on the full body smart message chair or sit by the sparkling pool while enjoying views of the golf course the home backs to and Mountain View’s in the distance. The neighborhood boasts a golf course and surrounding lakes throughout. Mountain with hiking trails right outside the front door!
The home has a split floor plan with the master (king bed), shower, office space on one side and two bedrooms (1 full, 1 queen) and a bathroom (tub/shower combo) on the other side. In between the bedrooms you’ll find two common areas (living/family rooms) and the full kitchen and dining space. Off of the garage is a half bath and full laundry.
The backyard features a covered patio with seating and a propane fire table, a built in BBQ with bar stool seating, lounging chairs and a fenced pool with water fall feature. Enjoy the beautiful view of the golf course and Mountain View’s in the south.
