Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!
The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!
This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

Summary: This property was just as pictured. Clean, spacious, and quiet. Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, and a very easy drive to downtown and all of the nearby colleges. Within steps to a beautiful sunset ocean view.
