The Space:
Lusso Bnb is a newly renovated home with a luxury backyard, built for entertaining. This property is filled with special moments, to ensure you have a memorable experience in Fort Lauderdale. The entire backyard is built to provide you, your own one of a kind resort. You will enjoy time spent in the sun, laying on the sunbathing deck, next to the heated pool ($100 per night). Friends and family alike can gather around the custom built outdoor kitchen and pergola, situated next to mature bamboo trees. You can grill up your favorite meal, while watching your favorite show or team play on the outdoor TV. Enjoy conversation and your favorite beverage sitting poolside around the outdoor firepit. Kids can enjoy playing the outdoor games provided, in addition to the pool and beach toys. You will have access to two bicycles, provided for guests, to bike around the neighborhood or to Lauderdale by the Sea, which is just 2 miles away.
On the inside of the home, there is room for the entire group to relax and unwind. In the dining area, there is a custom lighted sign, hung on a plant wall. This is the perfect opportunity to take memorable photos! The living room provides ample space for everyone to spawl out and enjoy your favorite show on the 75" smart TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of your cooking essentials. French press, drip and Keurig coffee machines are all provided, so you can wake up and enjoy your favorite cup of coffee out by the pool. The living room, dining area and kitchen all have expansive pool views, through the floor to ceiling glass doors.
The master bedroom has a fantastic view of the pool for you to wake up to each morning. Outfit with a king bed, mounted smart TV, walk through closet and private bathroom with greenery wall.
The second bedroom has cozy vibes and custom a built queen over queen bunk bed. In the corner of the room, there is a desk and chair, paired with high speed Wi-Fi, for those that need to spend time working.
The third bedroom is outfit with a king bed and a mounted smart TV. Just outside of bedroom two and three, is a shared full bathroom, with a tub/shower combo and double vanity.
The fourth bedroom is perfect for those looking for the bright and green south Florida feeling. The wallpaper and hanging bedside lights provide a photo moment itself. This room has a king bed and a mounted smart TV.
In the two care garage, you will find the washer and dryer, an ice machine, the two bicycles, bike lock and helmets, and a ton of beach accessories! Those traveling with children will also have access to a stroller. On the side of the house is an outdoor shower, for you to rinse off after a long day of fun at the beach.

There are 2 bikes provided for close travel. There are two spaces in the garage for smaller vehicles and two spaces in the driveway.

We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
