In addition, numerous bars and restaurants abound in the vicinity of this apartment that can boast of being in the heart of the gastronomic 'Golden Mile' of Madrid. It is very well connected by both metro and bus, with Ibiza metro station being the closest.

We kindly inform you that the arrivals after 20:00 pm have an additional cost of 30€ and after 22:00 pm of 50€, and after 00.00 am this is 70 €.
During your stay at the apartment in Madrid we ask you to contact Luxury Rentals Madrid per email at reservations@luxuryrentalsmadrid.com immediately if you find anything missing or in bad conditions or if you accidently break anything so that we can fix or settle whatever it is. We want you to enjoy your stay and not be inconvenienced by something which can be fixed or replaced.
Departure should be before 11:00 am, if you require a later departure let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you, providing our next arrival is not early the same day.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to turn lights and A/C off, leave the keys on the table, and shut the door on your way out.
We will inspect the apartment after your departure and return the refundable deposit minus any damages which may have occurred within 7 to 10 working days.
Please note that the client is liable for the correct and decent behavior of all the persons accompanying him/her. Should that person or any of the persons accompanying him/her not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Luxury Rentals Madrid shall be entitled to request the client and the persons accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation.
Important Information:
Never leave the key in the lock on the inside when you leave the apartment, as the door will be locked and it will be necessary to open it by a locksmith, the cost of which, in such case, will be charged to the tenant.
FOR YOUR SAFETY, do not forget to lock the door (turn the lock completely) every time you leave the apartment to avoid unwanted intrusions. (Except the day of check out)
Neither the management company nor the owner of the apartment will be held responsible for these events.

Animals without written permission, parties and Loud music are strictly forbidden and could result in immediate eviction from the property.
