Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Really lovely cabanas a few hundred meters from the beach. The staff, particularly Jagath, went above and beyond to help with my requests ( he facilitated communication with a local diving school and helped me figure out transportation for my next destination). I also got a complimentary foot massage! The room was very clean and well kept. I would recommend a stay here.

Negative: The bathroom was a bit simple and damp compared to the room. Also there is a wind turbine quite close on the beach which can either be a soothing white noise or a bit annoying, depending on the person.

Summary: Great stay near the Kalpitiya Lagoon
