SeaTerrace is all on the ground floor of the villa, a 120sqm-wide apartment that just shares the entrance and the parking with the discrete owner who lives on the upper floor. Privacy is complete in this beautiful and refined historic villa.
The view is of course the most impressive thing, but than, also a private outside pergola (just for guests), tastefully furnished with outdoor tables and chairs, will be perfect for starting your day at its best with a delicious breakfast with fresh-baked croissants, staring at the beautiful sea right in front of you. There is also a BBQ area that will let you enjoy plenty of open-air dinners with fresh products from the fish markets nearby, as well as a sun-bathing area within the impeccable English garden: the panorama here is really wonderful, especially with the thousands of shades of the colors during sunrise and sunset. And then, you just have to turn your head around to discover the majestic Mt. Etna, the active volcano that has recently been declared UNESCO world heritage, with the green forests of the Etna Park.

The kitchen is fully equipped and decorated with Sicilian majolica tiles; the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious.
Direct access to the sea is made even easier by a wooden platform that leads beyond the rocks to an azure sea.
