This home is a truly oasis of serenity and beauty. Sedona Sunset West is located in the wonderful Uptown Sedona area and is encircled by stunning views of Steamboat Rock, Ship Rock, The Mitten Range — just to name a few. You can easily walk to many of the Uptown eateries and shops so you can just leave the car in the garage. You can enjoy strolling through this vibrant area to discover the many offerings. Additionally, you will also be very close to many hiking and biking trails, along with other great outdoor activities.
This single-level property has been completely remodeled with many luxuries and amenities. It features 2,157 square feet (on a large .32 acre lot) and offers four bedrooms, and three full bathrooms to sleep up to 10 guests in true comfort.
You will enter into this stunning home through the front door, where you'll then find yourself in the expansive living room that opens directly to the kitchen and dining area. The views are fabulous from both the main living area and the kitchen.
Living Room: Featuring contemporary style leather furnishings, including a queen sofa sleeper, a Smart TV with cable programming, and red rock views, this room is a terrific gathering spot. Enjoy the open feel with accents from the wood floors to the wood beams in the ceiling.
Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel GE Café appliances, expansive granite countertops, Alder cabinets, and bar seating for four.
Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for eight guests.

Grand Master — King size bed, Smart TV with cable, a desk, and the private bathroom offers a granite counter sink and a separate tile shower with dual showerheads. Enjoy the private balcony with patio seating — a perfect spot to take in the breathtaking red rock views and even some stargazing.
Master Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, Smart TV with cable, private bathroom with a granite counter sink and a tile shower.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 — These bedrooms each offer a queen size bed, Smart TV with cable programming, and access to a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
Enjoy the spacious backyard that features a Weber Genesis BBQ for whipping up those delicious grilled favorites. The area is private and a great place to relax and settle back into the comfortable outdoor furnishings, or soak in the new private hot tub after a full day of activities. The yard is "fruitful" with various seasonal fruit trees in the back and on the side of the garage. They include two Asian Pear (harvest August-November), one Bartlett Pear (October harvest) and one Apricot (June harvest), and there is a Pomegranate tree to the right of the garage.
