Kitchen: gas hob, electric oven, butler sink, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, door to courtyard garden. Bathroom: shower cubicle and roll top bath with hand held shower, heated towel rail, WC and hand basin.
First floor: Master Bedroom: king sized bed, cupboard with hanging space, chest of drawers, bedside lights, views over St James' Green and the sea. Bedroom 2: twin beds, 3' and 2'6", bedside light, cupboard with hanging space and shelves, carpeted and views of the courtyard and lighthouse.
Entertainment: TV with Freeview and DVD, WiFi , For Families: beach nearby Outside: courtyard garden, table and chairs. Parking: parking is available outside the cottage in St James' Green or in the surrounding streets. General: WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Gas central heating. No smoking. Welcome pack on arrival. Pets: one well behaved pet welcome. Not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee.
