Through the private internal entry is Apartment 412 which consists of an open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with smart TV), leading to a front covered Balcony and rear covered Deck. Bedroom 1 (with smart TV) also features a BIR, a bathroom (with shower & toilet) and there is a fully equipped European Laundry (with front loading combined washer/dryer).
Outdoor Areas
The two covered front Balconies (each with a table & seating for 2 people, the Living Room Balcony features an electric BBQ) have delightful water views. There are two reserved, numbered car parks available for guests at the front of the Apartment entrance.
