This area is about 6x4 and great for sunbathing and kids. The remainder of the pool starts with 3.5 feet deep and goes at the deepest at 6 feet.

INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: Fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high-speed WiFi (Free WiFi). The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender, crockpot, handheld mixer. Also a secondary back up refrigerator located in the garage.

KITCHEN: Equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are provided (at times, some condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard. Foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags as well).
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent.
City of Indio Vacation Rental Rules
NOISE/MUSIC/CROWDS:
City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums, phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound amplifier or other similar machine or device for the producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area of the city is prohibited.
MUSIC SHOULD BE CELL PHONE/LAPTOP VOLUME LEVELS
Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result in a citation, fine, or imprisonment. In the case of multiple short-term rental violations, home owners can lose their short-term rental privilege.
POOL/SPA:The pool and spa are a free amenity. If you would like to heat either of them, there is a $100/daily fee to include the spa heating. OR, there is a $35/daily fee for spa only heating. We require a 24 hour notice if you would like the pool heated. Spa is on demand only, and must be turned off immediately after use.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit from these fees. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. They share a heater. We allow the pool to heat first, then pause for spa use. Pool will maintain temperature and return to heating after spa has even shut off. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
*Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
**We operate your spa control remotely, unless otherwise guest provided remote.

PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind $150 is refunded and $50 goes towards pet's stay.
EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT: If we can accommodate an early check in/late checkout, there is a fee of $75 for 2 hours prior or, $35 for 1 hour prior, to regular check in time.
CHECKOUT DUTIES:
If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
PARKING: We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway. If you have additional car, they can be parked near the main security gate on 44 Ave. All parking fines will be billed to the guests, no exceptions. Please plan for 4 vehicles, larger vehicles parking in the driveway. Note RV/Camper Vans/Large Passenger and Commercial style vehicles are not allow after 6 pm and on Sunday's. We do not want any inconvenience to you and here to help you, please reach out if you have any questions.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance.
