There are two bedrooms available (each listed separately) plus am 800 sq ft loft with optional Queen Size 4-Poster Bed. Guests have access to the entire main level PLUS full use of the Gourmet Kitchen! Max. 2 adults per room, SORRY No Children under 10, No Pets, Non-smoking home, No open flames. Price includes 9% NH Room Tax. GLBT friendly.

Summary: We had a great time here. The property is fascinating and our hosts, John and Kirk, were there if we needed them and invisible when we didn't. They were both charming and made our stay the best. Highest recommendation. Note To K & J: We're so sorry for not posting this early on.
