South Head is an embodiment of creativity and identity, offering a sanctuary for up to 8 guests. With complimentary unlimited WIFI spanning the entire house, our abode features 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed (upon request), making it an ideal choice for groups – whether friends, wedding attendees, corporate stays, or extended family gatherings.
Situated in the alluring surroundings of Vaucluse, conveniently close to the city center, your stay promises a vibrant agenda of activities and entertainment. For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer combination are available to cater to your laundry needs.
Please note that our home strictly enforces a NO PARTY policy. We do not accept Bucks or Bachelor parties without prior approval. While this South Head residence is an excellent choice for families and groups attending weddings, events, or business trips in Sydney, it is not suitable for events like a Bucks weekend.

HOUSE RULES
* Check-in: After 3:00 pm
* Checkout: 10:00 am
* No smoking
* No parties or events
*Pets are allowed (special requirements are in place for this. Please refer to the additional rules below).
*The home can accommodate up to 8 guests with the sofa bed upon request, with a fee of $140. Please let us upon booking if this option is required.
ADDITIONAL RULES
*As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*In compliance with applicable legislation, we are required to enter a Short Term Rental Agreement with Guests upon booking. We are also transitioning from collecting a Security Deposit and will now be using a Pre-Authority form to hold as a form of security for your stay.
*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is EIGHT people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toFOURpeople. No more than a maximum of TWELVEpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the home, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
* Pets - We are a pet-friendly property. We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions
- Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away.
- This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests.
- Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates.
- Any changes to bookings are subject toapproval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.

* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*There is no elevator in this building, but only 3 flights of stairs (25 steps) to access the apartment.
