This one-of-a-kind hexagonal-shaped beach bungalow is the ultimate getaway. An open floor plan and beamed ceilings on the casual interior living space is seamless with the wraparound deck and lush outdoors. The main level has a primary and guest bedroom along with the main bath. The finished walk-out lower level boasts a TV room 77 inch TV and surround sound system, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, and laundry. Enjoy guest privileges and magnificent sunsets at Clearwater Beach in East Hampton which is a 5 minute bike ride away.
POOL UPDATE 4/25/ 24- The pool is completed. It is heated, 18 x38 with stadium steps and blue stone coping. Landscaping is underway and should be completed by 5/15. Entire property will be newly landscaped. Please contact me if you have any questions about the pool, I can provide photos.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home while attending my brother's wedding. Ben was extremely responsive and helpful with questions leading up to our stay and while we were in the home. The VRBO PDF guide was extremely helpful and all directions were clearly understood. We would definitely come back and stay here!
