The counter area has 2 bar chairs for casual seating. In the adjacent living room, you'll find a new pull-out sofa, a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo. The bathroom has a shower with plenty of shelf storage and a washer/dryer for added convenience. The Loft has a custom ships ladder that provides easy access for additional storage.
The cottage has a full kitchen (pots, pans, silver, and dishes provided), stove. Refrigerator w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. All linens and beach towels provided for summer rental. Outside patio/seating area with Gas Grill. 2 Paddleboards available Off-street parking for one car.
