Bedroom 2 (1st floor front) has 2 single beds.

The kitchen is also fully equipped with cutlery, glassware and crockery. There is an extendable solid oak Ercol table can provide space for up to 8 people.

The welcoming and spacious ground floor open plan leads through the kitchen and crittal double door to a herringbone paved sunny private walled garden with chairs and table.

This cosy and comfortable living room has retro style leather 3-seater sofa and armchair.
