ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Video coverage includes the driveway and walkway to the front door, stairs by the grill, and forest behind middle level balcony. The devices capture video and audio for security purposes. - The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $5.00 per person, per visit.
