Getting around EaDo is a breeze! The neighborhood is well-connected with major highways, making it easy to explore Houston by car. If you prefer public transportation, the METRORail is conveniently nearby, providing quick access to downtown and other parts of the city. Parking in the area is generally available, and you'll find options like street parking and parking lots nearby. Whether you're driving or using public transit, navigating the city from our location is convenient and accessible.

This is meant to only detour Bad guests. We welcome guests that treat the homes as theirs.
-Unauthorized party or get-together will result in a $500 penalty and immediate cancellation of reservation with no refund.

- Please make sure the amount of guests on reservation includes guests that are not staying the night. Security cameras showing otherwise, we will have to cancel reservation immediately. GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY with no refunds.
-If pets are coming, MUST be notify at time of booking even if service animals. Pets breed must be disclose for approval. Pets are not allow on furnishings. Pets are required to stay in its own kennel and not left alone roaming in the home. (Extra $500 cleaning applies if not followed) Pets need to be clean after immediately and always accompany by owner. ($25/poop to pick up)
-Thermostat temperature stay between 70-75 degrees. ($50 penalty)
- If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party or get-together), please speak with us about it first for approval. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
- If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-You are a ‘transitional guest’, you understand that you have NO tenant rights. If you don’t check out on time of agreement, you are consider TRESPASSING. Authorities have the right to escort you out of property immediately without an eviction process.
