High speed internet is included, a must for those traveling business professionals. This apartment is central in location, close to Main Street, the YMCA, Colby College, and Inland Hospital. Fall is one of the best times of year to enjoy the sunroom and leaf peeping at many nearby walking trails. Many appreciate winter as well. Although not heated, the sunroom is a great spot to swing by the electric fireplace and watch the snow fall while enjoying a hot drink. The Quarry Rd trails are a few streets away and popular for cross country skiing.
This is a three-story apartment building with three separate living spaces divided by floors. The second floor is this Airbnb rental, offering guests a comfortable, convenient, private place to stay. Upstairs, on the third floor is another separate Airbnb apartment.
You will have access to the entire second floor, which includes the apartment, sunroom, washer, and dryer. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway just outside the apartment on the second floor. This is the only amenity that is shared with the Airbnb guests staying on the third floor.
