NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. That includes vapes, e-cigs, and any type of electronic cigarettes. If it is found that smoking occurred, you will be fined and charged for extra cleaning costs.
TAKE CARE OF FURNISHINGS, LINENS AND TOWELS: Any damages will result in a fee to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please do not re-arrange furniture.
RESPECT CHECK-IN & CHECKOUT TIMES: In order for our home to be cleaned properly for you as well as our future guests, please respect our check-in time of 4:00PM EST and checkout time of 11:00AM EST. A late checkout will result in an additional $150 charge, unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
PET POLICY: No cats are allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted. There is a non-refundable pet fee (per pet). Please verify with us before confirming your reservation. You are responsible for your pet's actions and any damages they may cause. If extra cleaning is needed, you will be charged accordingly.
