The home features a private large SALT WATER HEATED POOL, Hot Springs 8-person HOT TUB and pool deck veranda overlooking the lake, GAS FIRE PIT, large PRIVATE DOCK and luxury living with a spacious, open vaulted floor plan with large covered decks and windows overlooking the lakefront providing abundant natural light and views. It comes fully equipped to handle any size vacation, featuring 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, at the best location on the lake with easy lake and road access to many restaurants, wineries, marinas, state park hiking trails, kids activities, parks, etc, all within a few miles of the home. Ideal for large groups both indoor and out with huge covered decks and breathtaking panoramic lake views.
Please note: We try and keep the heated pool open as long as possible but when temperatures get below 50 degrees, the pool is unable to maintain swimmable temperatures. The pool should be available for use through October and starting in April. We hope the large covered Hot Tub helps fill the gaps through Dec-Mar!
The best place to enjoy life on the lake is outdoors and this home comes with multiple areas to enjoy! Including a large covered outdoor veranda on the main level with stone fireplace, LED TV, large dining table and adirondacks to take in the amazing wide views, enjoy morning coffee, gather for meals or share memorable gatherings all throughout the day. The lower level game room opens to a lower covered patio with 8-person Hot Springs hot tub, LED TV and bar seating overlooking the lake and your private dock. All leading out to a pool veranda overlooking the main lake with large stationary and floating dock for swimming and boat parking.
The home comes furnished with Comcast high speed WiFi, 4 large LED TVs with Xfinity cable and lots of room for family/friends on each of it's three floors and outdoor spaces. All the lake amenities that you could ask for including a Heated Salt Water Outdoor Pool, Hot Springs Hot Tub, Covered Dock, Private Swimming Area, Large Upper Deck and Lower Patio, Game/Rec Room, Shuffle Board, Large LED TVs, WiFi, Washer/Dryer, Boat Anchoring and more!
The main entry level has a large open living room with 65” LED TV, blu-ray player, a well equipped kitchen for cooking and eating with large groups, Master Suite (see bed sizes below), Guest Bedroom and full bathroom. The upper level includes vaulted walkway to 2 Bedrooms and full bathroom . The lower level has 3 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a large Rec Game Room, Shuffle Board Table, Wet Bar and 85” LED TV.
Both the main, lower level including the bedrooms lead out to large outdoor spaces which are a convenient ways to enjoy the views and lake. Main level deck features a gas grill and abundant seating and tables for maximizing time outdoors during meals or morning coffee.
