Positive: Whole house layout was wonderful and the game room downstairs was awesome! Kids and adults had lots of fun. All the outside furniture were very comfortable and we loved the swings.
Negative: Weathered deck and steps down to the dock. Which you had King size beds. Rooms were plenty big for King size Sleeping comfortably is very important! Good thing I brought my 3 inch foam
