We are conveniently located in Altadena where is a quiet neighborhood community of Pasadena.
The home sits on a safe, upscale street just blocks from the Angeles National Forest, only
- 3.5 miles from the Rose Bowl
- 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles
- 18 miles from Universal Studios Hollywood.
The space
Our home is made up back 2 units and you are renting both units:
The front main house features open floor plan with two living rooms, dining room and a breakfast bar. 3 spacious bedrooms accomendate up to 6 people, also equipped with 1 full bathroom and a powder room. Cozy fireplaces in the living room with two 55 inches 4K smart TVs and kitchen opens up to the dinning area and family room.
The back unit is privately seperated from front house which features one bedroom and one full bath. Two queen beds with a study desk and a 45 inch smart 4k TV plus the FAST WIFI⚡️ we offer which is perfect for business people. The laundry room is equipped with washer and dryer.

You are welcome to use the entire home. Please make yourself feel right at home!💕
Please also keep in mind that we have the ZERO tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy. The occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests are allowed at any time.
