THE BEGINNING APARTMENT:
Our apartment is a good choice to stay in Córdoba if you want to know the most important places in the city.
The apartment has been recently renovated with the comfort of our visitors in mind. It has a nice bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a spacious living room where you can enjoy a well-deserved rest after a day of walking around the city, watching TV or reading pleasantly. In this space is incorporated the dining area very close to the fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to prepare breakfast or cook your favorite dishes. It also has a fully equipped bathroom.
It should be noted that the apartment is fully air-conditioned, which will allow you to have a comfortable stay and it has Free Wi-Fi Internet throughout the apartment, allowing you to always be connected with your family or friends and share those photos taken during the day. It will even allow you to telecommute if you need it.
Due to its location, it is one of the apartments preferred by our clients, it is located just a few meters from the Train Station and a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral - Roman Mosque, the Roman Temple with its impressive Columns, very close to the Merced Palace, the Viana Palace and the Cristo de los Faroles. Within a few minutes' walk you can enjoy all the most significant places in the city.
If you travel by car, it will not be difficult to find free parking in the surroundings.
Rules and Conditions:
- First of all, enjoy Córdoba a lot.- The arrival time can be from 4:00 p.m. (check before booking, possibility of arriving earlier)
- The departure time must be before 11:00 maximum.- Arrival after 20:00. Cash payment of €20 on delivery of keys. Arrivals are not accepted later than 1:00 am
- Presentation of passports and/or National Identity Document through our application for the transmission of data to the National Police of Spain. Mandatory by Law.- Responsible use of electricity.- No smoking inside the apartment.- Do not leave the keys in the door lock from the inside. In the event that the keys are left on and we cannot enter, the urgent locksmith service will be charged (€150).- Loss of apartment keys. The amount of the copies of the same will be charged.- Lost objects. The company will not be responsible for forgotten objects in the apartment that are not found by our cleaning staff. Check well before leaving the apartment.- Sending of forgotten objects. In the event that we find a forgotten object in the apartment, we can send it to your address postage due, upon payment of €50 for the service/management of the shipment.- Respect rest schedules of neighbors. From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. Do not cause noise disturbance.- Pets are not allowed.- Parties or events are not allowed.
