This Casita includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful, friendly and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable,32" Smart Flat Screen TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
