Summary: Excellent service, ambience and cleanliness. This hotel has a small footprint, making it easy to maneuver and cozy, yet elegant and relaxing. Running alongside the hotel is the Erie Canal with a lovely walking and bike path and plenty of benches to sit and enjoy the peaceful view. This is a place to stay when you want repose. The beds were a bit more firm than we’d love, but everything else was excellent. We stayed here for our wedding night and the amenities they offered to us to make our stay extra special were just delightful.
