Summary: First time in Pensacola Florida & I loved it! Pros: Beautiful beach front hotel. Large spacious room. Hotel lobby clean & beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. Hotel Staff were friendly, professional, & provided quality customer. Cons: Minor cosmetic upgrades needed in rooms, Parking is limited, no microwave in the room, or on site for guests use & I was Overcharged for room service. I would recommend this hotel despite the cons. I would stay here again.
