Casar de Periedo is a quiet neighborhood of Cabezón de la Sal 12 km from Comillas, 20 km from the wonderful beach of San Vicente de la Barquera and 15 km from Santillana del Mar, in our region everything is close, Potes, the Park of the Nature of Cabárceno, the city of Santander .etc.
The house has three floors, all rooms with exterior views - On the ground floor there is a living room with seating area and fireplace, T. V dining table with capacity for 12 people, a large kitchen and a bathroom.
- On the first floor, there is a central reading room that distributes to three rooms with double beds, balcony in them and a bathroom.
The third floor is a complete apartment with a central room that distributes to two rooms one with a double bed and another two single beds with a full bathroom with jacuzzi
