Welcome to my newly renovated townhouse! I am just finishing renovations to this beautiful and peaceful cottage. The Seabreeze Cottage is a two bedroom, 1.5 bath, colorfully decorated townhouse with a fun beachy vibe! It has beautiful and peaceful water views of the lake. It’s within 30 minutes of the Gulf Coast’s best beaches, including Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, and Siesta Key. Only ten miles from Sarasota airport (SRQ) and about one hour from Tampa airport (TPA).
The space
Colorful and cozy townhouse with brand new flooring throughout, all new kitchen appliances, new furniture and mattresses, and newly upgraded bathrooms. The master bedroom is very spacious with gorgeous views of the lake. The townhouse is an end unit, allowing guests more privacy. Furnished with beach chairs and beach towels, dishes, utensils, pots and pans.

Summary: Okay since I know people don't always read everything, I want to tell you there's a regular coffee pot and lots of round filters, but it actually uses the cone filters. The round ones worked though. Okay that being said, this place is beautiful! And so well stocked! And a great location - easy to get to everything. The pool was fabulous. I was a little challenged with how to use the front door lock - TURN the thing after entering the code - HA! but Angela was SO quick to respond. My only suggestion - some throw blankets downstairs. Thank you! I will definitely book here again!
