Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Nice location/neighborhood near the water (no access to it). Decent distance to few closet beaches (between 15-20 min). Simple tiny home but with all that is necessary to have a good time and enjoy the near by beaches. The kitchen, eventhough very small, it was very well packed with all you'll need to spend few days (including those many seasonings that we always seem to forget!). It's not luxurious but it is well priced for what it is.
Negative: Outside needs TLC. Principally back/parking + shed with laundry. Abandoned garages in the property "don't show well". Bathroom needs more towel hooks. I'm not sure if linens were washed, but there were a slight smell of urine on the right side of double bed.
Summary: WE WOULD COME BACK! PRICED WELL FOR WHAT IT IS AS FAR AS LOCATION + SIZE.
