Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to Resort amenities such as
- Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

- Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the CDD amenities listed above.
The Garage is locked out and out of limits.
The Neighborhood:
Reunion Resort is a fun-filled, luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!
Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.
The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
