Relax, Surf and Enjoy San Clemente in style. A one-of-a-kind space for that remote worker or surf trip couple looking for a safe/exclusive area to stay in SC that includes great community amenities at your door step like world class surfing, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, BBQ area, nearby walking trails, 24 hour security, and private beach access where you can walk north along the beach. A municipal golf course is just a couple minutes away, as well. Walk or E-bike to Lower Trestles surfing zone or even E-bike to San Onofre State Beach. Just 3 exits from downtown San Clemente. The main living area is bright and airy with a 4-panel slider which opens up to your own patio for that true indoor/outdoor living. The opposite wall also includes another 4-Panel locked slider that is covered by sheer drapes to have a muted view of the backyard area to let in more light (note: the listing pictures show the sliders fully open to the homeowner's backyard). All windows are tinted for privacy. The galley kitchen in the open living space includes a 24-inch Bosch refrigerator, dishwasher & oven along with a Gaggenau induction cooktop. Other appliances include electric tea kettle, Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven hidden behind the cabinetry. This main space also includes a Sonos music system with ceiling speakers and a gas fireplace that heats up the room in minutes if you don't want to use the mini split heating and AC system. For remote workers, a nice desk space is part of the built-ins along the west wall with the. There is Wifi set up throughout the casita using multiple Eero mesh Wifi routers and you also have the option of a direct ethernet port, if needed at the desk area. The bedroom features a king bed, a window bench with storage drawers, a large 8-drawer dresser and walk-in closet. The toilet/shower area can be separated by a pocket door from the vanity. The bedroom windows have light filtering, privacy, cellular shades. The vanity has its own pocket door from the bedroom space. Between the bedroom and the main living area is a utility closet that includes a stackable washer/dryer and plenty of extra storage shelving. If available, there is an option to have access to our garage with a designated space for your surfboards, wetsuits, or bikes. Just ask in advance for any special storage needs. We also have an e-bike with surf racks to rent, upon request. One designated parking space on shared driveway with owners of main house. Only 1 car is allowed access to community. You will have a private entrance gate (secured with Key Pad) to a walk way to another locked front door entrance.
We are very easy-going and this is definitely not a "party house". Since we live in the main house, we are quick to respond to anything you need.
