Just 10 minutes away from Downtown Tampa, Amalie Arena, Channelside, Cruise ports, University of Tampa. Also, 15 minutes away from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University of South Florida, and Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney, Universal, or Legoland.
The home can accommodate preferably 2 cars in the driveway; no parking on the grass. If you have more than two cars, additional parking is available across the street at the General Parking Grounds. It's a public area and can be utilized by our guests.

Summary: Stayed here with our dog for Parents Wkd. Perfect location close to campus and easy access to downtown and the beaches. Had an issue with checking in but the owner was very responsive and fixed us up quickly. House and pool look just like the pictures. We had a good trip and enjoyed having a home base so close to our student.
