Isla Vista Estate is a premier St Thomas Legacy Property that was once a former Governor's retirement home. It is located above the Westin and is convenient to town and beaches. The main house features 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuite baths, large deck and pool and flex sunroom with trundle daybed.
Welcome to our newly renovated villa, the perfect retreat for families or couples seeking a memorable vacation. With three ensuite king bedrooms and a versatile flex room, there's ample space everyone. Enjoy quality time in the great room with a 14-person dining table or unwind on the spacious outdoor decks featuring an outdoor bar and seating for up to 12. Our Caribbean villa is fully equipped with everything you need, from a stocked kitchen to beach gear, ensuring your stay at Isla Vista Estate is both comfortable and enjoyable. There are 3 ensuite king bedrooms and a flex sunroom with a daybed that converts to 2 twins. All rooms have TV's, & Wifi Our popular Caribbean Villa has everything you will need. Bring nothing but your bathing suits! Linens, bath and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach toys, floaties, beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Summary: We stayed here with two families of 6 each. The house is laid out perfectly for two sets of parents and a bunk room for kids. The kitchen is huge and the dining table is massive. The pool is gorgeous and was perfect for all of us to enjoy. The property manager, Antoinette, is a gem and responds promptly. Location of the property is equal to all beaches—about 20 minutes to any given beach. The views are off the chart.
