Positive: The property is a great location. It's walking distance to St. Augustine Marina , bait shop, and fishing Pier. Next door is the Beaches restaurant, and on the opposite end is Velano Beach. Publix, shops, coffee shop with kookaburra coffee, pastries and desserts, and restaurants are close and in walking distance on the same strip between the Pier and beach. It's a short distance to drive to all of the sightseeing, tours, and other things in St. Augustine. I recommend buying drinking water to make coffee. A keurig and regular coffee makers are available. It has a dining table for 4, a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, important if you drink lots of water or have leftovers, stovetop, & microwave, closet for clothes, dresser shelves, and a nice counter in the bathroom.
Negative: The water odor is a bit overwhelming. Some of the large wood blinds are open in each room, and there is not enough curtain coverage on the sliding glass door in the living room. I changed clothes in the bathroom.
Summary: Great location.
