Children can go to the swimming pool (entrance fee) by themselves, which is right next to the house. It is in a quiet location where you can enjoy a lot of privacy
The centre of Maria Alm is only a few minutes' walk away. The cosy village square is surrounded by nice terraces. From the village, the first ski lift (also in summer) goes directly to the entire Hochkönig Ski Area.
Maria Alm is very popular with winter sports enthusiasts due to its small scale and good location. A medium-sized ski area is right on your doorstep with challenges for every type of skier. And it is not too far to Leogang or Zell am See/Kaprun within half an hour. Many sporting activities in the area make this apartment attractive. Hikers and mountain bikers can have their fill and a beautiful golf course is nearby
