Home is in quiet Tempe neighborhood conveniently located just a quick Uber ride from the airport and ASU and ASU's sports arenas and all the fun on Mill Street. Only 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale. Close to multiple hiking spots, casinos, spas...etc. 15 minutes to both the Footprint Center (Suns) & Chase Field (Diamondbacks), 28 minutes to State Farm Stadium (Cardinals). Only 20 minutes to Spring Training games at Salt River Fields. So many fun activities so close!
Backyard is private and has a pool, poolside chaise lounges, covered outdoor dining area, fire pit with chairs surrounding it, life-size connect4, corn hole.
Pool is NOT heated.
Home is dog friendly for an additional fee and is subject to management approval. Some restrictions apply. Two dogs max. Please message host if you intend to bring a dog.
The home is well set up to host longer term stays of 30+ days with plenty of kitchen items, bedding, and towels...etc. to keep guests comfortable for a long stay. Please message host to inquire about pricing and availability for a stay over 30 days.
Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need including dual Keurig K-Cup & drip coffee pot (some K-cups are provided), plenty of glassware, plates, bowls, plastic glassware for use poolside. Cookware, bakeware, crockpot. Kids plates, bowls and cups, as well as small children's highchair.
There is a laundry room with washer & dryer for guest use off the game room. 3 smart TV's inside the home and 1 outside.
Kid friendly home with many amenities for children but please know that the pool is not fenced & it is your responsibility to supervise any children & non-swimmers in your group to ensure everyone's safety while enjoying the backyard & home.
Pool is NOT heated.
All linens are provided. There are extra linens available for each bed, if should need extra during your stay. We also provide multiple pillows and types of pillows for ultimate guest comfort. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided, as well as hand soap, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. Paper products are supplied for a 3-6 day stay, depending on use, beyond that you will need to supply your own.
