The villa is set in 6 acres and sleeps up to 14 people. It has been recently renovated in order to bring together modern comforts with the original architectural features and antique furnishings. It is fully furnished and surrounded by a private, Italian garden. Villa Pedone also offers a private 5x10m swimming-pool, directly accessible from the house.

The villa is set on 3 floors m2 600 (ground floor, first floor and second floor) and sleeps up to 14 people.
Its recent renovation brought together all the modern comforts with the original architectural features and furnishings.
Ground floor 200 sqm:
On the ground floor there is a main hall, a dining room, a comfortable living room with TV, a DVD player and a stereo Cd, and a small bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas, microwave, American coffee machine, Italian Moka for coffee, cooker-ice making machine).
The kitchen has a direct access to the outside part of the garden where you can eat all together on the dining area and have some baths in the adjacent swimming pool.
