Positive: Great house, five bedrooms so everyone can have their space, bedrooms are on the smaller side but thats totally fine because all living areas are really big, two kitchens and bathrooms, all very clean. Lots and lots of things to do, there was table tennis/ping pong, some softball games, boccia, badminton, lots of card games, and not to forget the lovely pool! Definitely bigger than it looks in the photos. The view was magnificent from every side of the house. There are also chairs and tables all around the house so you can sit in the sun/shade at any point of the day as the sun goes round. Trip to the beach takes about 15-20mins in the car I would say. The beaches we visited were all clean and well kept. Luca and his wife were very sweet and courteous, accommodating and helpful. They were always available on the phone for questions with the house and replied quickly. It was just perfect and I would recommend it highly to everyone!
Negative: This is not the house for you if you are not coming with the car. There is no shopping in the vicinity and it takes a while to get anywhere with public transport. But if you have a car this is no problem, there is several Lidl/Mercadona in 20mins radius of driving. Unfortunately the people before us did not clean very well I think, sadly the barbecue and the coffee machine were not clean, and as we did not know how long it was like this, we decided not to use it. It was also quite loud in the night and the house is a bit noisy/poorly soundproofed so if you are a light sleeper pack earplugs! If someone uses the bathroom at night you'll hear it through the house, but nothing some good earplugs won't fix.
