Positive: The location was a little remote - but that's what we were looking for. Beautiful views! Absolutely lovely swimming pool and comfortable pool loungers with umbrellas. Perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of towns. Comfortable beds, good showers. We had access to a washing machine and drying rack - very useful. Absolutely fantastic hosts. We chose the home cooked meal option (must be ordered 24 hours in advance), and oh what a highlight of our trip that turned out to be! Jette and Antonio were fantastic hosts, and Jette's cooking was delicious. The dinner was served on their terrace with amazing views of the sunset, over their pool and the surrounding rural landscapes. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening, and chatting to our lovely hosts made us feel as though they were long lost friends of ours. We loved our time here!
Negative: The high bedroom windows couldn't be closed, so when the local dogs were all howling in the middle of the night, we couldn't shut out the sound. In our unit the kitchen/dining/lounge area was quite small and dark, but we were able to eat outside.
Summary: Highlight of our trip! Rural accommodation with beautiful views and fantastic pool.
