The décor is stylish and modern. The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas are full of light, thanks to the large glass doors which lead out onto the terrace by the swimming pool. Guests can relax on 2 sofas and watch the flat-screen TV. The dining table for 8 separates the sitting area from the well-appointed, modern kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a coffee machine.
The owners have lavished as much attention on the outdoor spaces as they have on the interiors. There are several sun loungers by the swimming pool where guests can relax after a refreshing dip, as well as a separate jacuzzi. One of the villa’s unique features is the well-equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area for meals al fresco. The area is shaded for protection from the sun but open so that guests can enjoy the panoramic views.

Brtonigla is a foodie paradise and is known for its excellent restaurants. Its local market is a source of the freshest local ingredients as well as fine olive oil from nearby farms.
The Adriatic coast is only a 20-minute drive. The two ports of Umag and Novigrad (both 22 minutes) are picture-postcard towns, with painted houses and seafront promenades, ideal for a sunset stroll.
