Positive: The location is very good. Very close to underground (Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road), food, drinks and shopping.
Negative: It was a bit difficult to get to the apartment with the suitcases because there were so many doors, but that's ok. * According to the terms on Booking.com, I paid a 600 euro Damage Deposit on December 8 prior to check-in for BnBNova - Fitzrovia & Regent's Park, which I stayed at from December 10-13, 2024. This deposit should have been fully refunded within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times, under the terms stated on Booking.com. Although I duly checked out on December 13, 2024, the 600 euro deposit has not been returned as of January 14, 2025. Although I have written emails to both the property and booking.com customer service on this issue, I have not received any return. Before accepting this as a fraud or a dispute, I share the situation here.
