Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was very good. Yalikavak was a 5 minute walk away to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bus terminal & taxi ranks. The house had many positives including comfort, cleanliness and well stocked with everything needed.
Negative: The host needs to respect boundaries and the privacy of the people renting the property and not arrive and proceed to water the garden without providing any sufficient prior notice or arrangements or indeed ask the guests to maintain the garden over their stay. The garden was not in good condition. On arrival at the property late at night, the host informed us that there was an issue with the water pump which he was working to resolve which resulted in him staying overnight in the property and then remaining for most of the following day. We were very uncomfortable with these situations.
