The Space:

The dining table comfortably accommodates six people, making it a great spot for family meals or late-night board games.
The living room is a space for relaxation and entertainment. Sink into the comfy sofa and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the TV, immerse yourself in the golden oldies with our record player, or simply curl up with a good book by the wood-burning fireplace. Provided are a selection of board games invites guests to disconnect and enjoy some quality time together.
The first floor also houses a quaint bathroom equipped with a stand-up shower. The wooden staircase leads you to the second floor where you'll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom. The primary bedroom features a lofted-style opening with shades to close for privacy over the living room. The second bedroom, perfect for siblings or friends, contains two twin beds with a partial view of the river. Please note, these beds do not have railings, so they might not be suitable for younger children. The third bedroom, with its queen-sized bed and spacious closet, also grants you a partial, picturesque view of the Blue River.
Outside, the front patio offers an idyllic spot for morning coffee or evening drinks, while the park at the back provides a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the tranquil setting during warmer months. This can be accessed out the back door and through the trail to the park. Please note that due to the alpine location, the internet is not always reliable and can be hit or miss in our home. The TV streaming is also connected through the internet. If having guaranteed access to fast speed internet is important to you, this may not be the space for you.
Wildlife is just one step away: bear, moose, raccoons, fox, bats ... Please do not leave the doors open without monitoring the entry, and especially at dawn and dusk to not invite the bats inside. Additionally, please be careful with chimney, as we are not allowed to leave the fire unattended. During the winter, we request that you immediately report any leak as that could be the result of a ice dam that requires immediate removal.
