Villa Serenity Now - This phenomenal new construction is located in a great neighbourhood and southern exposure.
Our villa was build in 2020. All furniture and appliances are new.
From the elegant, light-flooded living room (with 60'LCD + DVD player) you can enjoy the view of the large pool. The sliding glass doors can both be opened completely, so that there is a great inside-outside feeling.
In addition to the large master bedroom (42'LCD) with a king size bed and walk-in closet, there is a queen-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and another queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom.
In the master bedroom there is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower.
You also have pool views from the completely new kitchen with oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge with ice dispenser and microwave.
There is direct access to the pool from the living room.
Furthermore, free WiFi is available throughout the house.

Summary: Overall, we had a great 4 night stay at Villa Serenity Now. This new home is bright, clean, modern look and furnishings. We would absolutely book here again. In all, the property is as the website describes. My only critiques are a bit of sluggish response by property mgmt. When we arrived, we discovered that the oven did not work (which wasn't the end of the world) and that the back patio slider did not lock (which was a bigger deal.) We let the property mgr know about this problem immediately, and she promised to have maintenance work on that ASAP. Unfortunately, it took until the morning we checked out to get the patio door to lock. We really didn't have too much concern about leaving the back door unlocked while we were gone or at night but this sluggish response seemed unfortunate, especially since when the maintenance guy showed up, it took a short trip to Home Depot and about 30 minutes to fix...probably could have been done on the first night, or even second morning... Otherwise, we had a great stay. Great value for the money. We'd come back!
