Travertine flooring throughout, lower easy step in tub/shower. Very functional galley, quartz counter and butcher block breakfast bar, Maytag appliances, GE washer dryer, Solid wood custom cottage cabinetry. Queen bed, a sofa, a single chair futon. Sleeps 3 adults and 1 child. Two smart Tv's. All linens, towels, beach/pool towels provided. Fully equipped kitchen. .Tennis rackets, pickle ball paddles and balls, beach chairs and towels in unit to use. Two-Pets allowed. $250 pet fee.
Two pools one heated, A Yacht club house on open Tampa Bay with lots of activities. State of the art fitness room, dog park, miles of walking paths, walking bridges over ponds, shuffle board, "lighted basketball and pickle ball, tennis courts, Volley ball court. Fish right off your canal. Gated 24 hour security. Just 6 min drive to downtown St Petersburg. Fifteen minutes to Gulf Beaches.
Downtown St Pete has Saturday morning market from Oct to May, Museums, Theaters, movies, sidewalk Cafes, every gastronomic delight. Many outside parks with scheduled concerts, activities. Several Public golf courses. All utilities included : base cable, high speed wifi, electric with cap at $75, any Any overage to be reimbursed, water sewer and trash included. $100 ASSOC application fee per unit. Auto information and copy of drivers license. Non US citizens Passport and any Visa’s. $225 cleaning fee plus tax, additional cleaning available weekly or bi weekly at your cost. Once I have the information I will prepare the forms for our office as well as for the association. These forms are: reservation form, an ASSOC addendum, rules and regs, contact info sheet, pet forms where applicable.
Once you receive your reservation filled out for direct reservations: you will Send ASAP a DEPOSIT of 50% if directly through us to hold the unit, Full payment if less than 90 days to occupancy.
Everyone: Send The Association check $100 made out to Waterside at coquina key association. You should write the check made out to the association with unit number in the memo section.
For Waterside South your passport is good instead of the back ground check,
