The single car garage has been converted into a games room filled with extra fun for your group. The southwest-facing, heated pool and spa area is the perfect spot for relaxation, offering a covered lanai, breathtaking water and wooded views, and the ultimate privacy with no rear neighbors. It's ideal for soaking up the Florida sun, entertaining guests, or simply unwinding after a day spent at nearby theme parks.
Conveniently located near I-4, this home provides easy access to Orlando International Airport, shopping and dining at ChampionsGate and Posner Park, and all Central Florida's top attractions.
