You will find the wooden house in the small village of Klavreström.
The house is divided as follows:
Ground floor: living room, bedroom with double bed 140 cm wide
and eat-in kitchen with access to the covered veranda.
Upper floor: bedroom with double bed, bath / toilet and open space with single bed.
There is a lot to do on the approx. 1000 sqm plot around the house.
E.g. sunbathe, grill, play ball and much more.
Of course, the house includes a grill, garden furniture, some toys and a small rowing boat that lies on the lake 700m away.
You will find a tennis court and a swimming area on site. At the edge of the village you will find a golf course and a nature reserve with hiking trails.
There is a second house in sight that is also rented out. Property number 2418313. Ideal if 2 families want to go on vacation together.
We do not love the modern so we tried to keep the house in its original style as far as possible, of course this does not always work and you have to make compromises.
Nevertheless, we all try to make our tenants comfortable.
Of course, the tastes are different, as we know the grandma house, our mother has set up according to her taste. Our family feels comfortable in it, too, we have a few regular guests who want to come to this house.
