Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid park (to name a few), while still being on a quiet street. Enjoy the expertly styled interior and smart TVs in every room. We pride ourselves on the high standards of cleanliness. While nicely updated, some original 1940s detail adds to the vintage charm of this home.
Classy and updated, with a mid century mod flare. Bright white linens add to the style (please don't stain them!! we like to keep the space clean and relaxing for all guests)!

Bestof both worlds.... a suburban feel just minutes from the city. Laid back block with a family vibe and long term residents. Walking distance to public transportation (metro rail and bus).
Public transportation is within walking distance, but a car is recommended for traveling to further distances outside of the downtown area.
Our guests love the convenience of the area and have had no issues with safety. Families of all kinds have found the home and neighborhood to be safe and very friendly. We do remind that this is an urban setting however, so it is not uncommon to see passersby; please remain mindful of this and take any precautions you would in any major inner city.
Houston is home to some of the best restaurants and entertainment, warmest weather and eclectic scenery. One thing we are also home to is plenty bugs and wildlife. We pay for regular pest control to keep unwanted guests out, but we do ask for your help keeping windows and doors closed, or only open for short periods of time. Because its a part of the nature of the area, we cannot be responsible for any pests entering the home, however this has not usually been a problem as long as guests control points of access through windows and doors.
