Just 2 miles away from the largest medical center in the world, and less than 5 miles from downtown, all of the major stadiums and arenas, universities, museums, the zoo, and more! NO PARTIES.

Up and coming neighborhood in the heart of the city. New development and revitalization happening everywhere. Neighbors are mostly older long term residents, mixed in with university and med center professionals and students. Close enough to the hustle, bustle, and action, while still being set apart and quaint.
Public transportation is within very close walking distance. Several nearby stores and restaurants within less than half a mile so you can easily bike or walk. Safely park your car inside the privacy fence when you don't feel like driving.
The house is on a corner lot. If you choose to park inside the gate, driveway exits onto a main street, but it's not too busy with traffic; it's pretty easy to get in and out. House is equipped with a doorbell camera and security camera outside. Relatively quiet street, although sometimes there are faint sounds of the city.
Our guests love the convenience of the area and have had no issues with safety. Families of all kinds have found the home and neighborhood to be safe and very friendly. We do remind that this is an urban setting however, so it is not uncommon to see passersby; please remain mindful of this and take any precautions you would in any major inner city.
Houston is home to some of the best restaurants and entertainment, warmest weather and eclectic scenery. One thing we are also home to is plenty bugs and wildlife. We pay for regular pest control to keep unwanted guests out, but we do ask for your help keeping windows and doors closed, or only open for short periods of time. Because its a part of the nature of the area, we cannot be responsible for any pests entering the home, however this has not usually been a problem as long as guests control points of access through windows and doors.
