Just a short walk to the beach, general store and a family friendly restaurant with outdoor seating and ocean views (Off The Hook),excellent food and great vibe with live music some evenings.Not just a summer house , this house has a full reliable heating system with 2 thermostats and is fully insulated and warm , also great in the fall for season changes and winter events .Unfortunatly we do not allow events and get togethers for the respect of the neighbors. We also have a ring door bell for security and safety.
